Top 10 Dark Stocks | April


 

Dark volumes (ex blocks) across the ASX200 were at 19.8% in April - up 7.0% vs March, and at a 12 month high. April was a big month of transition activity which saw blocks elevated and a pick up in volatility (Aus VIX av daily value up to 11.7 from 11.1 in March), all supportive for folks sourcing liquidity in dark venues.

  • SGM was the most traded in name in dark in April at 35.1%

  • MND was the most blocked up name - 47.6% traded as blocks (with MQG, Citi, E&P and Jarden the most active brokers in MND blocks)
